I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were bright and had a lovely design, but I struggled with the noise from the reception and kitchen area, which made it hard to sleep. The service was exceptional; Jesus at the front desk was particularly helpful. The location is convenient, though getting a taxi early in the morning was a hassle. I think it’s a decent spot overall, but the noise can be a significant drawback for light sleepers.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were spacious and filled with natural light, thanks to a large open-air atrium. However, if you're taller than 5'7", you might struggle a bit with the beds since they weren't super comfortable for sleeping.
Service
9.0
The service was really good; the staff, especially Jesus, went out of their way to assist us, even waiting outside in the cold until our driver arrived.
Location

The location was fairly convenient, but despite being centrally located, it was hard to grab a taxi to the airport at 4 AM, which was frustrating.

7.4/10

I had a mixed experience at this boutique hotel. The rooms were clean but didn’t have natural light and were noisy, especially since mine was right over the front desk and kitchen area. The service was a highlight, with friendly staff like Jesus who went out of their way to help. The location was perfect for exploring Querétaro, which was a definite plus, but I had some trouble getting a taxi for my early morning departure. Overall, it’s a quaint place, but definitely has its quirks.

7.6/10

I recently stayed at this boutique hotel and enjoyed my experience overall. The rooms were clean and cozy, though the noise from the reception area did disrupt my sleep at times. The service was genuinely friendly and went above and beyond, especially helping us during our stay. However, getting a taxi at peak times was quite tricky, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I found it to be a good choice for a boutique stay with charming features and attentive staff.

Rooms

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there was quite a bit of noise coming from the reception area late into the night, which made it less suitable for restful sleep.
Service

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Jesus at the reception who waited with us outside in the cold until our driver arrived. That kind of service really makes a difference!

5.4/10

I had a rather mixed experience at the hotel. While it was clean and I appreciated the friendly service from everyone, the noise level from the front desk and kitchen made it quite difficult to get a good night's sleep. The location is convenient, but the room layout really detracted from my overall enjoyment.

Rooms
5.0
Unfortunately, my room was below ground and lacked natural light, which made it feel somewhat claustrophobic. Additionally, the proximity to the reception meant I could hear a lot of noise until 2 am, making it unsuitable for sleep.
Service
7.0
The service was decent, with staff members going out of their way to assist. I especially appreciated the help from Jesus at reception, who stayed outside with me in the cold while waiting for my ride.
Location

The hotel's location is right in the city center, which is super convenient for exploring. I loved that aspect, even though my experience was diminished by the noise.
Dining

I didn't enjoy the dining experience much, as I felt the timings were too early to have breakfast.
Facilities

While the hotel offered a few amenities, I didn't use them much, as the room's issues overshadowed everything.

The hotel has a lot going for it, especially with its spacious and well-lit rooms thanks to the large atrium. However, the noise level was quite disruptive, especially with sounds coming from the kitchen and front desk late into the night. The service was adequate but could have been more attentive. Overall, while there are some great aspects, the noise issue really affected my stay.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were spacious and had plenty of light from the atrium, but the noise made it hard to sleep.
Service
6.0
Service was okay, but we had to manage some things ourselves, which took away from the overall experience.
Location
7.0
Located above the reception and close to the kitchen, the location within the hotel contributed to a lot of noise.
Dining
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had nice common areas, but the noise from the dishers and desk made it less enjoyable.
